Scotty 3.0.3

Scotty?
Thanks to WiFi we don’t have to mess around with cables anymore. I don’t know about you, but personally, I hate it when I see a big bunch of cables in the back of a computer or when I have to search through a desk drawer full of cables for the right cable to connect a device to the computer.
Thanks to the Scotty app, we can harness the power of WiFi to easily transfer photos and videos from iOS-powered devices to a Mac. If you have an iPhone for example, you don’t have to get a cable out and connect it to your Mac to transfer your photos from the iPhone onto the Mac. You don’t have to email your photos either to get them off the iPhone and onto your Mac.
You just need to launch the Scotty app and you can easily send the photos to your Mac using WiFi. Your iPhone and your Mac will of course have to be connected to the same WiFi network – just thought I mentioned that in case someone doesn’t realize it.
You can use the Scotty app on your iPhone or iPod Touch and transfer photos in full resolution and videos in full quality and resolution to your Mac. The photos you transfer will maintain their metadata.
You can also use the Scotty app on your iPad to transfer photos to your Mac. There is one thing you need to note here: the fact that Scotty is not a native iPad. Consequently it will not use the iPad’s entire screen, just a portion of it.
If you have a Time Capsule or an Airport Extreme, you can use the Scotty app to transfer photos and videos from your iPhone to these devices as well.
